Our biweekly general assembly meetings are open for all graduate students to attend! At each meeting we have a designated time for participation called "open forum". Each open forum speaker gets 2 minutes to speak, subject to extension by the assembly at the presiding officer’s discretion.
Zoom Reminders and Admin:
When you enter the meeting in Zoom, please change your display name in Zoom to the following: First and Last Name (Department)
· You will be muted until you notify us (e.g., hand raising function) that you would like to speak.
· When unmuted, please remember to repeat your name and department before speaking.
